Commercial Usage
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, our products may be used in commercial projects, including monetized YouTube videos, social media content, and paid client work, without additional licensing fees.
Personal Usage
Our products may be used freely in personal, non-commercial creative projects.
Client Work Usage
You may use our products when producing work for paying clients. The finished deliverable, such as an edited video, may be provided to your client. The original raw asset files, such as LUT files or sound effect files, may not be provided to your client or any third party.
Modifications Allowed
You may modify, adjust, and combine our products with other assets and tools to fit your creative work.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our products in any way that is unlawful, infringes on the rights of others, or violates these Terms.
No Redistribution
You may not redistribute, share, or make available any of our digital products, in original or modified form, to any third party.
No Resale
You may not sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise offer our products for sale, individually or as part of a bundle.
No Sharing
Your license is for your own use only. Sharing login credentials, download links, or product files with others is not permitted.
No Uploading to File Sharing Websites
You may not upload our products to any public or private file-sharing platform, torrent site, shared cloud folder accessible to others, or similar service.
No Uploading Assets to AI Training Datasets
You may not use our products, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or otherwise contribute to any artificial intelligence or machine learning model or dataset.
No Using Assets to Create Competing Products
You may not use our products to create a competing product, including derivative LUT packs, sound effect packs, or similar assets intended for resale or distribution.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including video, photography, design, code, and the digital products themselves, is the intellectual property of Kiely Mizumoto unless otherwise noted.
